Setup the new IP's to either a second interface on the box or as an additional IP on the main interface then config the static NAT entries and access rules in your firewall to enable that 2nd interface - make sure it works, then configure your DNS to point to the new interface and over the course of 24-48 hours everything should start rolling through the 2nd interface. To use both in a load balancing / sharing setup is a conversation for another day, but if all you're doing is replacing an ISP - it's a piece of cake. --SJ
