We're parsing some of the bounced messages to a client's list, and we're seeing entries like:

Delivery failed 5 attempts: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Unexpected connection response from server:

Original message follows.

Received: ....................

The part between "Unexpected connection response from server:" and "Original message follows." is blank.

Is there anything else to look at to try to get an idea of the reason for the bounce? There is nothing interesting in the header:

We're trying to figure out whether it is a bad address that should be removed, unable to connect and retry later, etc. But no status codes on these (other messages have them but many do not).

Any suggestions?

THANKS !
