I'd suggest you contact the Ipswitch sales/service folks to get

Yes, upgrading is pretty simple and will require installing and
entering
any new license key information. If you have a really old version
of
IMail (prior to V8) the install process may require an
intermediate
version to be installed before the upgrade.
