Hi, Have a look at the HP Procurve line, The 29xx series does most of what you want, but is not stackable. However, The only "reason" for being stackable is having the switches communicate at backplane speed between them right? If that is realy nessesary you need to look at the coreswitches that are in a frame where one can plug in modules.
