I said I added, but didn't say where. I added these IP addresses to the SMTP whitelist.

Imail is a couple hops in and accepts mail from our core exchange servers. It never flags the exchange server, only itself (imail server). I have added the Imail IP address and the local host address (127.0.0.1). It does not occurred anymore.
