Hi Dudes, <FRIENDLY GRIPE FOR THE GOOD OF MAN> For the third time this week I have spent 20 minutes composing a detailed email in our IMail 6.02 web-messaging - only to get distracted or rushed and inadvertently hit the backspace, forward or enter key... or get a phone call and take too long and time-out on our user session.... thus losing the whole damned message. I am sure that it has something to do with expired pages/non-caching in web-mail, but regardless, it drives me and everyone here in our support department freakin' nutz. As an ISP we using web-messaging for several communal support, customer service and sales email boxes so that everyone on our support team can handle incoming messages. It works great! Plus, we use our IMail Server to service over 3,500 users and over 700 virtual email domains on our mail server. No problem-o. *But* the editor in web-messaging makes me want to slit my wrists. :) We run a .cgi/web-based support help desk that is similar to IMail web messaging in a lot of ways. If we have too long a period of inactivity in a user session and time-out, or hit the wrong button - we can always hit the back key and salvage our message to the clipboard at the very least. Please Ipswitch developer dudes, can you work this fix into the next revision?
