Hi Bill, Point the MX record to your host put *only* the customers IP (and the domain name) in your hosts (really nothing else needed :), so nothing in IMail will be visible (ugly for troubleshooting) put the customers IP in the "relay for adresses" restart smtpd32 (!)

They're trying to avoid the cost of adding antispyware and antivirus and want our system to do that and then allow them to get the 'valid' email. We suggested simply popping every 5 minutes with exchange but their concern is that not being "realtime" in terms of message notification. Would store and forward be more "realtime"?
