[IMail Forum] Russian Spam Onslaught?

Can someone please give me a suggestion for filtering out all the russian spam that has been coming in lately? The premium filter does not have much effect and I can't seem to figure out a way to filter on the cyrillic characters. I pretty much want to block any email that has cyrillic characters in. Thanks!
