According to the exception text that you have here, it looks like
WAdmin was unable to load one of the DLLs it needs to function
properly. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to reproduce the same error
that you received. Typically, you can fix a problem like this by
running the WAdmin installer again and choosing the Repair option. If
that doesn’t work, try uninstalling WAdmin, downloading another copy
of the installer exe file, and reinstalling a fresh copy.
The current TTP version of the Web Admin does not allow you to manage
the spool.
