There may be differences with different browsers, but I'm pretty sure things should be better than in the recent past, but FF may not still be as good as it could be. I'm using IE 6 (yep, a stick in the mud) and I had no troubles getting to the demo host, logging in, or creating a message (I left it there). There is certainly more scripting and the like in the new interface, so make sure your browser allows Java and asp scripts. Browser settings are know to keep some parts from functioning, like buttons... I did try attachments, there is a restriction on adding one at a time, but there no limit to the number of attachments allowed per message. And I see what she means. 99.9% of our users download their email to another program, so nobody has ever said anything. I'm guessing this is "standard" in 8.22? Any options?
