[IMail Forum] Limiting the number of emails allowed sent per hour?

Is there a way to limit accounts to be able to only send so many emails an 
hour?  We have had allot of issue with compromised accounts lately and it would 
be nice if we could limit the number of outbound emails to try to stop the 
outpour of spam from our boxes.
