E-mail  is  all  about  "forgery"  --  or, if you will, flexibility --
despite  how  frustrating  this  is from an accountability standpoint.
It's  commonplace  for  non-web-based MUAs to allow you to change your
Reply-To,  so  why  should webmail be any different? If you don't like
it,  you  can  remove  the  form  field from the templates (although a
crafted POST could still set the value).
