and we capture about 98% of our hosting provider trials as long-term
paying customers (you can't make everyone happy). An added bonus is
that I am deeply familiar with both IMail and SmarterMail, and I have
helped many companies with their systems beyond just providing spam and
virus blocking. We also of course excel at spam and virus blocking and
normally achieve in excess of 99.5% spam block rates (based on manual
review), and our false positive rates are very minimal. I'm not aware
