Susan,
That utility (immsgexp) do no twork correctly if your server use a date format
different that "mmddyyyy". We have one support ticket open since december
because we use the spanish date format.

You can do this either from the administrator or a variant on the
following command:
immsgexp -tE:\imail\users\[userid] -d[nn] -m[mailbox].mbx
