[IMail Forum] ERR [IN-USE] failed to lock.....

Dear All
I am getting this error:

-ERR [IN-USE] failed to lock or parse or multiple access

I have deleted that user name and created again, still same  error.

The problem is for one user only. Other users in the same domain are ok.
