Todd,

the only place I've ever easily found the outbound message limit size setting is via the WebAdmin (we use 8.2x and KillerWebMail still).

Under the webmail login, while logged in using an account assigned admin rights, we go to the MANAGE VIRTUAL HOSTS and set the max outbound message size there.

Subject: Max. Outbound Message

Hello everyone -

Once again, one of my users tried to send a huge file - over 100MB through
my mail server - which I got to spend time this morning troubleshooting. So now I've stopped everything that I'm doing to set a limit (which I was going
to use 20971520 byets - 20MB).

However, the "Max. Outbound Msg. Size" is grayed out - with a "0" as the
option. We are using 8.2x with one primary and the rest virtual domains. I
did see that I could change it on the server primary domain - do I have to
stop/restart something for it to populate the others?

Thanks!

Todd
