I expected a lot more changes. It seems the competition is really taking 
advanatge of Ipswitch and the lack of effort to create a viable piece of 
software. We should have had full intergration with Outlook and it is my 
understanding we are now looking at version 12 having modules being added to 
intergrate with MS Outlook....
