Hello All,
I had IMail set up and it wasn't where we wanted it on the server. We
copied the old mailboxes and the external database to a new folder. Then we
did a full uninstall. Cleaned everything up and reinstalled into the folder
we wanted. This was a new install to begin with and there weren't very many
users and even less email.
After that we put all the folders and external database where we wanted
them. We modified the user path in the external database to reflect the
change and then added the Hosts back in.
Now everything is working fine (Web Messaging HKSI Templates), except
connecting with Outlook. Its got to be simple, I just can't see it. Every
time we open outlook and try to check for new mail we are asked for username
and a password, which I know is correct. There must be a setting I missed.
All our Hosts have their own IP address, folder and external database table
entry.
