All,
I created a small
test list with a few names in it. Sent a post to it, and it
works fine. This is
a private list, with only the moderator allowed to post.
(ie this used to be
a Group Alias in Imail, but too many people now).
Anyways, with 5
people all is well, now I change the list to 5100 email
addresses, and after
a few hours the queue is empty and all looks okay.
But this morning,
IMail does not seem to be responding, and after
rebooting the
machine, there are thousands of emails going out on the
list again. It looks
like it resent it all again.
I am using 5.05, I
haven't had the guts to go to 6.02 yet. Do you think 6.02
may fix this, or is
something else off.
As well, the emails
that are sent out do now have the destination address
in the header, so
when they bounce, I have no idea where they where supposed
to go. I have
checked around I haven't found out how to include this. I noticed that
on
this list my address
shows up as a X-RCPT-TO item.
