In Outlook 2K, it's on the Tools Menu--Options, Mail Format, "Send in this
message format" Set it on Plain Text. Leave it there.
Email is for quick notes, and html, .doc attachments, multiple forwardings
and the like only get in the way. I don't follow the digest, but I
sympathize completely with those who do. You want desktop publishing, go
make a web page.
There. I've got the flu and I'm cranky, but they've got a point, too.
