I'm sorry Mark - I couldn't resist - it's Friday.
I also am running 6.02 but with fewer domains and relatively little use of
web messaging by clients.
However, I use the web messaging myself and just my really limited
experience is that the standard templates are pretty buggy. As an example
sometimes I see the navigation buttons at the bottom of the list page and
sometimes not. Sometimes other stuff works and sometimes not. I haven't
investigated it seriously because I haven't needed more than what I am
getting. My guess is that it probably has to do with the regex that merges
the templates with content in which case there may not be really good total
solutions and which also means it is likely to be intermittent and vary
depending upon several situations.
If I were fighting the problem as you are I would probably first try
reinstalling the stock templates and making certain all those par files are
deleted. I really don't expect that to work but I'd try it first. Next I'd
probably try a different set of templates.
