yes, make sure in controlpanel:imailm:smtp:logging you have sysMMDD.txt 
selected. This put the smtp logging (the thingy that delivers mail from 
Imail MTA to remote/destination MTA) into that file in topdir\imail\spool.

Then send mail and inspect spool\sysO219.txt and see whether Imail is 
failing to send mail every x minutes (specified in the above SMTP tab).  If 
the log says MX Connect Fail then the other MTA is not responding (too busy 
or down, use ip tools to check the ip address reactions) or refusing the mail.

If the mail is leaving eventually, but you want Imail to retry more often, 
then reduce the minutes between retries in the SMTP tab.
