Dan, considering we were forced to make the change by the old server growing flaky, it went reasonably well. The main problem we had was caused by our also moving from the NT database to IMail's internal DB--not only did we lose the passwords, but every user's given name in LDAP, which is the name displayed on Web Messaging templates, was set to that of the first user in the list. I had to go back and manually change them. YMMV. The second problem was one of upgrading from 5.01 to 5.04 to 5.09 on the way to 6.02 (we weren't going to go to 6 right away for other reasons). Tech support helped out with a download of the 5.08 install. You really ought to consider doing the upgrade during business hours, so tech support will answer the phones. A bit messy for us, but others have made the switch with no troubles at all.
