Seems the templates (web files) needed a fix. If you 'patched' to 6.02, great, but the patch does not install new templates. To get them, ftp to ftp.ipswitch.com\ipswitch\product_support\imail and get the tmplt602.zip. The \templates dir below this has a few templates we have made available. If you have modified the files in the \imail\web directory, backup or move them to a different directory. Unzip the file to the cleaned \imail\web directory. Note: files from the backup directory may be needed, i.e. Ad Support and its files. You could just unzip and overwrite any files, but this way I warned you!!
