Hey all,
Using IMail 6 on a system with about 10,000 users over
multiple virtual domains. User limits are imposed of
10,000KB per mailbox and 1000 messages per mailbox. We
just set this up last night (switched from another mail
server). One user has complained that *many* messages
to his account are bouncing (and I've confirmed that he's
correct). The bounce message states:
User mailbox exceeds allowed size: blah@mydomain
But it's a lie: looking in the IMail admin, the mailbox
size is zero, and the messages being sent aren't all that
large...
Has anyone ever seen this before? Any ideas?
