I'm one of those who reported this many many many times.

I also told Ipswitch support.

I also told them, in these cases, when one does a manual telnet to the
pop3-server a "list" command shows a list of messages that does NOT start
with '1'.
I also told this is something important.

Our customers are realy very angry. They refuse (and they are right !) to
manualy check their mailboxes using webmessaging, and only then (sometimes)
being able to read their mail using POP3.

And about a fix: NOTHING so far. "They" just won't believe this problem
exists it seems, and... why fix a non-existing problem?

So the only fix I'm trying is: get ourselves another mail-server-software.
Didn't find one yet. If someone in this list knows a better product, please
let me know (private mail, of course.... :-)

And... if Ipswitch Support should think "perhaps we should have a look at
this problem because Mr. Van de Heyning keeps on telling there is a
problem" then please: let them contact me !
