No, I just updated with the 5.09 patch on the web site. And I went to the
templats page on ipswitch, and only saw 5.x and 6.x templates.

Did you update your web templates when you went from 5.04 to 5.09?

I just had it, and had to copy the "web' directory into my virtual
domain's
folder as well...
If you have no virtuals, make sure you have the templates for the
version
you are now running.... so if you still have your templates from version
5.04 running, they will not work... you need the version 6 templates.

Ok, I just installed IMAIL 5.04. Upgraded with 5.09 patch. And I get
this
error msg on the web messaging port 8383. I followed the article
"http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19990609-DM04.htm" And it was correct
in
the sense, I can now see the page, but when I enter my username and pass
word the error comes up again. I followed the rest of the documentation,
and
neither of them worked..
Any idea? Or experience with this?
Scott
