I am using Imail for a corporate email system.I am trying to provide automatic address book updates to our remote users. To do this I am using Net Folders in Outlook. This utility automatically broadcasts email with information about changes to users who are subscribed (ie emails updates to remote users). After working with M$ tech support, it seems these messages are sent out in "rich text". To test, I sent a message and embedded a contact record. This appeared in the origional document as part of the document. When it arrived. it was as an attachment. Is there a setting or way to make the server pass the email in its origional form?
