and service pack 4.0..

That's a known problem with the Ipswitch v6 templates, one they've
promised to fix "mid-March". It involves a Javascript-IMail variable
name conflict, and so is not a quick and easy fix.
We've programmed a Javascript work-around in our custom templates that
checks the browser type, and in the case of Mac Internet Explorer,
writes a functional set of buttons on the read mail screen. You can demo
