[IMail Forum] External Database and Creating Users

We have our ecternal SQl 7.0 database working, but when I create a new user
into the database, and send that user an email, it can't create the folder
or the mailbox....
The log says:

FAILED TO CREATE c:\imail\nursinghands\users\some_guy\main.mbx

Any help would be appreciated....thanks.
