If your the administrator, in IAdmin. you can click on the users Directory
Tab and you'll find the users max mailbox size and total size thus far. In
Web Messaging you can display a user under User Administration and see the
same.
When a user is created, his/her max mailbox size as well as max mailbox
messages can be set to 0 so that they will have an unlimited size for each
and avoid this problem.
