Hello everyone, I know I should probably not be trying to do this but I did it anyway. I have installed IMail onto a machine that is currently running post.office as a mail server. The owner of the post.office server wants to change to IMail but wants to see it work first. I have the IMail server installed but I can't seem to get mail to be delivered to it. I stop the post.office MTA service and figure that would then make the IMail server take over as the primary mail server. I have left my DNS setting along figuring that they were working for Post.office they should be correct for IMail too. But I seem to be wrong. when I stop the post.office service and then try to send mail to a user on that domain the mail doesn't get delivered to the IMail server. it waits for the Post.office server to be started back up and then it delivers it to that server.
