controlpanel:smtpsecurity, click the "relay for addresses" and then enter 
the ip's, nets, and subnets that you "trust".  Imail with "authenticate" 
all incoming mail as being from within this set of trusted ip's.

hmmm, afaics, once you've turned on "relay for addresses", you're either in 
the tent or outside the tent.

The 2 x Class C senders would have to use some other kind of SMTP 
authentification, such as "SMTP AUTH" to overcome not being in the trusted 
ip ranges.
