Brian,
So basically by changing the password it tells IMail this is a new account
for the same user, so download their mail that's sitting on the
server...right? Well, that's not too bad of a procedure since it's
definitely not something that's going to happen much and I can always change
them back to their original password anyway once I'm done.

The best solution I've found is to change the password and access through
Web Messaging. It's not pleasant, but I know of no other way.

Ok, let's say I want to go back and retrieve e-mail that was received 3 days
ago for any user on my IMail server...how do I do this? I know that the
users mail is stored in the main.mbx, but how do I retrieve it if they need
their mail?
