Ok, I have a situation:
I have created a Group alias called "telesales" that points to a file on my
IMail server. The path is similar to this: F:\aliases\stelesales.txt
Now, the filename has an "s" in front of it because it's the way that the
existing mail server admin wanted to group different aliases
together...basically to use them as sub-aliases to other aliases. Anyway,
we have another alias called "stelesales" which points to the same path of:
F:\aliases\stelesales.txt
I'm thinking this has something to do with the problem, but I thought that
we could have two different names for a Group Alias eventhough it resolves
to the same filename...is that right or not?
