A shot in the dark here, I have not tried this.

What about using the "control access" list in POP3 and denying access to all
IP address except those that you may want to give POP3 access to?

Anybody ever tried this?

Is there a way for me to disable pop access for specific accounts on a
domain, AND have them only able to read mail through web messaging
(domain.com:8383)
