Well, looks from here like your DNS doesn't know about your mail server.

Thanks of the help, that people gave me, the install went very well, bit
unsure of the Firewall, and V6.03 but once BT had given me the passwords for
the PIX firewall it all went Very well.
Just one question. normal when you use the Web mail you would type
http://mail.sjcs.co.uk:8383
but this is not the case with this install, the firewall will not let people
type the name of the server ie http://mail.sjcs.co.uk:8383 instead it will
only work with the IP address; Http://195.171.206.65:8383 When i run a
tracert to the ip it gives the mail.sjcs.co.uk so any ideas on what i have
done?
