The only way we've found to make ldap work with MS clients is to go into
Imail administrator, open each user, and fix the information in there. Mine
had both the first and last name in the first name box. After I cut the
last name out, pasted it into the correct box, and applied the changes I was
able to properly query the ldap using Outlook. Very irritating and hasn't
ever worked correctly as far as I can tell.
