I do have "Allow remote mail to local groups" enabled because that's the
default setting. I never touched it before and my aliases did work before.

Angel,
Please check the SMTP Security settings and if the 'Allow remote mail to
local groups' is enabled, please disable it, stop/start the SMTP service. If
you change this, it will have effect on Aliases. I also wonder if you have
enabled the 'Refuse Null Senders'? That could be keeping you from getting
the 'bounced' message from the postmaster (although, one ususally get an
immediate response when trying to send to the alias - 'unknown user').
If you find that aliases with 4 or less addresses work and those that have
more, do not, then the above should 'fix' the problem!
