I think you may be looking at the normal trailer for regular accounts. Go to
the lists folder that contains the list you want to modify and click on the
list name. Then click on the advanced tab and look there. There you will
find a checkbox to enable the trailer and an edit button that will take you
to where you can type in the text you want displayed.
