I got
this weird problem with web messaging, I was wondering if anyone on here has
ever experienced it. Its seems to be only happening to one
domain.
Basically, they have decided to use web messaging for
their permanent email client, instead something like OutLook or Eudora. They're
mailbox file is about 20 megs at all times. Sometimes they get Error 500,
Internal Server Error a 404 Website not found while they are using web
messaging. They can't recreate it and it happens once or twice per
day.
So
far, I have reinstalled the web templates (even though no one else is having the
problem), I've set permissions on every file/folder in Imail to System: full
control, admin: full control, and Owner: change. I've defragged the drive,
and I've updated to Imail 6.03. Still, they say they are having the
problem.
I've
done everything short of deleting their whole setup and recreating
it.
Has
anyone experienced this? Could it possibly be user error? Does anyone
recommend to customers not to use Web Messaging as their primary email
client?
