It's vital to lots of stuff. It's probably being rejected by the "Refuse
null senders" option, which you could try unchecking. Find out how his
client/Exchange server is set up--it might just be a client option
misconfiguration (Outlook lets you monkey with lots of things better left
alone).

He is subscribed and can receive messages. The best I can figure is that
his mail server is putting a "Sender:" line in the header, but not a "From:"
line. Is this vital to how I-Mail manages subscribers?
