IPSwitches answer to the IE3 problem:
"Jeff,
it might be that older version of IE does not accept the "!" character in the function. I would suggest to wait for the next patch for IMail or upgrade the browser." In other words make sure everyone is running IE4+
I don't know what they intend to do in the next patch but
hopefully they fix this problem.
