This is my first day on the list--sorry if this has been
covered before.
I am having problems with the web interface using IMail
6. Users can access most functions through the browser, but when going to
the Change Password page, there is a completely blank screen. Likewise,
IMail administrator and Host administrator screens are also blank through my
browser (IE 4). The hyperlinks appear on the main page, but a blank page
is all I get after clicking on the links.
I downloaded and installed the IMail zip file with all the
latest templates and stopped and started the web messaging service--no
improvement.
Thanks for any help--it's appreciated.
