I have been finding that with Outlook when a user sends an attachment of say a Word Document it translates the filename to an HTML file but not the contents so what you get is mime encoding. I am assuming since this is not with everyone who uses outlook that it must be a setting. Has anyone else come across this? If so any known solutions?
