Here's a snippet from our user instructions for using Netscape with Virtual
Hosts...

Netscape 4.7

POP3 Server: mail .domain.com
SMTP Server: mail.domain.com
Incoming Mail Server username/Outgoing mail server username:
username%domain.com

To make these changes, open Navigator or Messenger and select the edit menu,
then preferences. Select mail & newsgroups, then select servers. Select
the current server in the incoming mail servers box and select edit. Change
the server name to mail.kendra.com and add %domain.com to the name in the
user name field (%domain.com is an example, insert your domain name preceded
by the % symbol, NOT the @ symbol). Click Ok to save the changes. Add
%domain.com to the Outgoing mail server username (%domain.com is an example,
insert your domain name preceded by the % symbol, NOT the @ symbol).
