Looks like someone is hitting your spam filters and being blocked. Chances are their server will quit trying after a while, depending on how their server is setup. If my assumption is correct, there is not much that can be done about it unless you let it through. Of course doing that defeats the purpose of spam filtering, which is a catch 22 situation.
