I recently had a problem in which the web messaging stopped allowing people to log in.  This particular domain that was causing this runs from the NT SAM database.  The interface kept giving clients the 'Invalid UserID or password' error.
 
I restarted the service and it works fine now. 
 
Any ideas on why this happened?
 
Can I do something to prevent it from happening again?
