I have done this as you say. I even have LDAP turned off. Still takes
forever, once I open up the Imail Administrator, to load all of your email
accounts in the list. Any more ideas?

You can try clicking button named 'Optimize LDAP' in IMail admininstrator,
for each domain and it may help speed up your system.
