I am running on a win2k server- Do I have to register (rgsrv32) the ODBCUSER.DLL ? (I did not , since it is not mentioned in the manual) or just point to it like C:\IMail\ODBCUSER.DLL in the IMAIL configuration for external database IMail is working fine when using IMail database, but when I choose external database, I get ERROR I try adding a user from the Imail administration program, i get error message Cannot create the user. Check external database setting. I spent hours to no avail I did create a system DSN called IMAILSECDB pointing to the access database which I put inside IMAIL folder. I called the table Users and pointed to it when setting the external database dialog in IMail. ---More info--- I never tested the ODBC with the original installation- I did install HumanKind web interface (and took out the original web folder that came with IMail) And still I did not test ODBC. I got AdminUtilities and here where I started having problems. So I said, let's first see if IMail is working with ODBC before balming this program, and voila, I am stuck back at point zero. any ideas.
